ZEN NIGHTS VENDOR APPLICATION


 

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION for Zen Nights Block Party

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for Zen Nights Inc. events. Our events are 100% plant-based product and food vendors. We host events in Arizona, California and Nevada. 


Zen Nights Block Party takes place at the Rosetta Room located at the SE Corner of 1st Ave & Sirrine in downtown Mesa, AZ.

Our events average 500 to approximately 3000 attendees. 

 

Each vendor space is 10 x 10. Each vendor is responsible for providing their own tent, tables, extension cords and lighting (LED lighting is preferred). 

 

VENDOR FEES: Non-profit vendor spaces are $50 per event

 Retail product vendors and prepackaged food vendor spaces are $75 per event

 Hot food/unpackaged on site $125 per 10x10 space per event

 Food truck vendor fee is $175 per event.

Payment invoices will be emailed to you.

VENDOR APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY THE 10TH OF EACH MONTH. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Food vendors may sell drinks but NOT bottled water. Zen Nights Inc is the ONLY vendor that will be selling water as part of our fundraising efforts.

 

​Vendor Load-In Time: 4:00pm-5:30pm

​

Vendors must unload belongings and immediately move vehicle to designated parking prior to beginning setup.

 All vendors MUST BE set up by 5:45pm.  All vendors are to be fully set up and ready to sell by 6pm.

 

YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SET UP IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 5:30PM, NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Breakdown begins at 10pm, not earlier. No vehicles will be allowed on premises before 10:15 pm or until deemed safe by event organizer. 


***ALL BUSINESSES MUST COMPLY WITH CITY OF MESA BUSINESS LICENSE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING CITY OF MESA TRANSACTION PRIVILEGE TAX LICENSE AND MARICOPA COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT MOBILE FOOD LICENSE FOR FOOD VENDORS***

Vendor applications and FEES ARE DUE BY THE 10TH OF EACH MONTH.  Vendor spaces are not guaranteed until payment is received in full. Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Our events occur rain or shine. Once your application is received, I will send you payment information to be paid via Square. Please feel free to contact me via email info@zennights.org 

 

Lastly, thank you for your patience as we work out the minor issues and become pros. It’s an absolute honor to have you on this ride with me! Thank you for believing in me! Our mission is to produce events that educate, inspire and bring awareness about the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle. Our goal with Zen Nights Inc. is to create a warm and inviting environment for all who are on their plant-based journey, regardless if this is their first plant based event or 20 year vegan veteran. If you are not a vegan or plant-based vendor, please remember our events are based on compassion for ALL living beings, that we do not allow any animal products or by-product at our events. This includes your inventory and/or snack/meal that you bring to Zen Nights Inc. events. Unfortunately, disrespectful individuals have not been invited back.
